Effects of team style cognitive reassessment counseling on negative emotions in patients with chronic heart failure
Objective To explore the impact of team style cognitive reassessment counseling on negative emo-tions in hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 107 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure from March 2020 to March 222 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using the digital table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with team style cognitive reassessment counseling based on the control group. The hospital anxiety and depres-sion scale(HADS)and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHFQ)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression subscales in the two groups'HADS scale decreased significantly, and the scores of anxiety and depression subscales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the ML-HFQ scores in physical, emotional, and other fields in both groups were significantly lower, and after intervention, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Team style cognitive re-assessment counseling can significantly reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure, and improve the quality of life related to cardiac dysfunction.
