Effect of psychological nursing on perioperative anesthesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in gynecology and obstetrics
Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and its influence on psychology and emotion. Methods 110 cases of gy-necological laparoscopic surgery patients who were admitted from July 2016 to July 2022 and were treated with strict ad-mission and discharge criteria were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group. The groups were recorded as the control group and the observation group. The former group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and the latter group adopted the psychological nursing mode to evaluate the negative emotions(SAS,SDS)and psychological status between the two groups,At the same time, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed and compared, and the incidence of related complications was counted. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend, and the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The anxiety level of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the results of the control group, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were relative-ly small(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention and urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology and obstetrics can effectively reduce their anxiety and depression, regulate their psychological state, and stabilize their heart rate and blood pressure.
