Effects of character advantage based intervention on happiness and negative emotions in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the impact of personality advantage based intervention on happiness and nega-tive emotions in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-six patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy from June 2020 to June 222 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.Both groups received basic nursing care for chemotherapy treatment.The control group received routine psychological intervention,while the observation group received psychological intervention based on character superiority.The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Overall Well-being Scale(GWB),and Quality of Life(KPS)of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the HADS scale in both groups were significantly reduced,and the two scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,GWB score and KPS score in both groups were signifi-cantly increased,and after intervention,both scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention based on character superiority can improve the well-being and quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
