The effect of of tracking management mode on the resilience and self efficacy in patients with breast can-cer after radical operation
Objective To explore the significant effect of tracking management model on improving the psycho-logical resilience of patients after breast cancer radical surgery. Methods From January 2021 to August 2022,106 cases of breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy were collected and studied. After strict acceptance criteria, they were reasonably grouped based on the"Random number table method".The control group and the observation group were divided into two groups. The former group was given routine care, and the latter group was given follow-up management. The number of patients in each group was 53;A special scale was used to determine negative emotions,psychologi-cal resilience and self-efficacy.The above data were compared between the two groups, and patient satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire. Results Compared with before the intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in all the patients after the intervention were significantly reduced, and the scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of CD RISC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of self-awareness,diagnosis and treatment environment, sense of control during diagnosis and treatment, and self-confidence in all the patients increased, and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up management model for breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy can not only effectively improve their negative emotions and enhance their psy-chological resilience, but also enhance their self-efficacy and achieve satisfactory intervention results.
