Effect of individual psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery of lung cancer patients
Objective To analyze the value of individual psychological care provided by nursing staff for patients with lung cancer during their surgical treatment. Methods A total of 89 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study samples. After sample inclusion and random number table treat-ment,different nursing services were provided,44 cases in the control group were provided with routine nursing, and 45 cases in the observation group were provided with individual psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.Psychological status, postoperative recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SDS(38.34±2.92),SAS(40.32±1.92)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous ambulation(65.42±13.42)min,ECG monitoring(2.11±0.64)D and closed thoracic drainage time(3.66±0.68)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation value of the complication rate in the observation group(4.44%)showed a downward trend compared with that in the control group(18.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of surgical treatment for lung cancer patients, providing personalized psychological nursing intervention services can alleviate their negative emotions, shorten their ECG monitoring and out of bed activity time, and achieve the purpose of improving the progno-sis,which is worthy of reference.
