江苏省精神科规范化培训住院医生生活质量调查与影响因素分析

目的 调查精神科住培生的生活质量并分析其影响因素,为丰富完善规范化培训理论与实践提供依据。方法 选取江苏省106名精神科住培生作为调查对象,采用问卷法和现场访谈法调查住培生的一般信息和生活质量,采用理论和实践考核的方式评估住培生的临床能力(专业知识、医学基础知识和操作技能)、科研能力和人文素养状况,并探索其相关关系。结果 精神专科医院的住培生情感职能(RE)得分高于综合性医院的住培生(P<0。05),本院的住培生的RE得分高于院外住培生(P<0。01);硕士住培生的生理职能(RP)得分高于本科住培生(P<0。05);性别和是否有执业证书对住培生在SF-36各领域得分差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。综合性医院住培生专业知识(P<0。05)、医学基础知识(P<0。01)、操作技能(P<0。01)和科研能力(P<0。01)的得分均高于精神专科医院的住培生;本院的住培生在专业知识(P<0。01)、医学基础知识(P<0。01)和操作技能(P<0。01)的得分高于院外住培生;硕士住培生在专业知识(P<0。01)、医学基础知识(P<0。01)、操作技能(P<0。01)和科研能力(P<0。01)的得分高于本科住培生;性别与是否有执业证书对住培生在能力与素养的得分差异无统计学意义。结论 精神科住培生的培训中需促进综合性医院和专科医院的互补,在提高专业能力的同时重视自我成长。增强住培生的职业归属感和培养健康的生活方式有益于住培生的身心健康和发展。
Investigation on the quality of Life of standardized training resident psychiatric doctors in Jiangsu Prov-ince and its Influencing factors
Objective To investigate quality of life of resident psychiatric doctors with standardized training(RPD)and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for enriching and improving the theory and practice of standardized training.Methods A total of 106 RPD in Jiangsu Province were selected as subjects.The general infor-mation and quality of life of the RPD were investigated by questionnaire and field interview.The clinical ability(profes-sional knowledge,basic medical knowledge and operational skills),scientific research ability and humanistic quality of the RPD were evaluated by theoretical and practical examination.And then the relationships among them were explored.Results The RE score of RPD in psychiatric hospital was higher than that in general hospital(P<0.05),the RE score of RPD in the hospital they belong to was higher than that of RPD outside(P<0.01).The RP score of master RPD was higher than that of undergraduate resident students(P<0.05).There was no significant genders and whether with practicing certificate difference in SF-36 scores of RPD(P>0.05).The scores of professional knowledge(P<0.05),basic medical knowledge(P<0.01),operational skills(P<0.01)and scientific research ability(P<0.01)of RPD in general hospitals were higher than those in psychiatric hospitals;The scores of RPD in the hospital they belong to in professional knowledge(P<0.01),basic medical knowledge(P<0.01)and operational skills(P<0.01)were higher than those of RPD outside.The scores of postgraduate RPD in professional knowledge(P<0.01),basic medical knowledge(P<0.01),operational skills(P<0.01)and scientific research ability(P<0.01)were higher than those of undergraduate RPD.There is no significant gender and whether with a practicing certificate difference on the scores of the ability and humanistic quality of RPD.Conclusion In the training of RPD,it is necessary to pay attention to the complementarity of general hospitals and specialized hospitals.While improving professional ability,we should pay at-tention to self-growth.It is beneficial to the physical and mental health and development of RPD to enhance their sense of professional belonging and cultivate a healthy life style.
