目的 探索双相情感障碍(bipolar affective disorder,BD)患者并发代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的危险因素。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年1月新乡医学院第二附属医院收治的BD患者122例,根据是否出现代谢综合征,将出现MS的患者纳入MS组,未出现MS的患者纳入对照组,采用logistics回归模型分析BD并发MS的危险因素。结果 单因素分析结果显示,两组的年龄、性别、文化程度、居住地、吸烟史、饮酒史、高血压家族史、高脂血症家族史、诊断分型、心境稳定剂、疾病状态、饮食量、睡眠时间比较,无明显差异(P>0。05);MS组的体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、糖尿病家族史占比、用药种类、用药时间、饮食结构(偏荤食)占比高于对照组(P<0。05);logistics回归分析结果显示,BMI、糖尿病家族史、用药种类、用药时间、饮食结构(偏荤食)均是BD并发MS的独立危险因素(P<0。05)。结论 BMI、糖尿病家族史、用药种类、用药时间、饮食结构(偏荤食)是BD并发MS的独立危险因素,在BD并发MS的预防策略制定中具备一定参考价值。
Analysis of risk factors for metabolic syndrome in patients with bipolar disorder
Objective To investigate the risk factors of bipolar affective disorde(MS)in patients with bipolar affective disorder(BD).Methods A total of 122 patients with BD admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinx-iang Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.Patients with MS were categorized into the MS group and those without MS were included in the control group according to whether they had metabolic syndrome.The logistics regression model was employed to analyze the risk factors associated with BD complicated by MS.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in age,sex,education level,place of residence,smoking history,drinking history,family history of hypertension,family history of hyperlipidemia,diagnosis type,mood stabilizer,disease status,diet and sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of body mass index(BMI),family history of diabetes,type of medication,time of medication,diet structure(meat diet)in MS group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Logistics regression analysis revealed that BMI,family history of diabetes,type of medication,time of medication and diet structure(meat diet)were independent risk factors for BD complicated with MS(P<0.05).Conclusion BMI,family history of diabetes mellitus,type of medication,dura-tion of medication and diet structure(meat diet)are independent risk factors for BD complicated with MS.These factors play valuable insights for developing prevention strategies for BD complicated with MS.
