石家庄市某区青少年心理健康现状及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的 探究石家庄市某区青少年心理健康现状及其影响因素.方法 选取2023年5月期间就读于石家庄某区高中的1550例青少年参与至本次调查研究中,使用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对青少年心理状态评估,并采用多因素logistic分析青少年心理健康状况及其影响因素.结果 MHT总分异常(≥65分)检出率为29.44％;经单因素分析得出,父母间关系、家庭结构、学习压力、睡眠时长等青少年心理健康问题严重比例差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);经二元logistic回归分析,父母间关系差、家庭结构(单亲)、学习压力大、睡眠时间不足均是青少年心理健康问题严重的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 石家庄市某区青少年心理健康问题较为严重,父母间关系、家庭结构、学习压力、睡眠时长是其重要影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of adolescent mental health in a district of Shijiazhuang City.Methods A total of 1550 adolescents enrolled in a high school in Shijiazhuang during May 2023 were selected to participate in this study.Mental health diagnostic test was used to evaluate the psychological status of adolescents,and multi-factor logistic was used to analyze the mental health status of adolescents and its influencing factors.Results The detection rate of MHT total abnormality(≥ 65 points)was 29.44％.The results of single fac-tor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the proportion of serious mental health problems among parents,family structure,study pressure and sleep time(P＜0.05).By binary logistic regression analysis,poor rela-tionship between parents,family structure(single parent),high learning pressure and insufficient sleep time were all risk factors for serious mental health problems in adolescents(P＜0.05).Conclusion The mental health problems of adolescents in a district of Shijiazhuang City are more serious,and the relationship between parents,family structure,study pressure and sleep time are the important influencing factors.
