The Effect of low-dose Olanzapine combined with Sertraline in treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline in the treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 104 patients with refrac-tory obsessive-compulsive disorder were included in Luohe Central Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022,and were randomly divided into two groups by numerical table method.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the observation group was treated with low-dose olanzapine combined with sertraline.Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS),Social disability screening schedule(SDSS)were compared between the two groups before and af-ter treatment.The comprehensive treatment effect was assessed and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results Y-BOCS scores,and SDSS scores were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).And all scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose olanzapine in combination with sertraline for treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive dis-order can further reduces obsessive-compulsive symptoms,improves psychological status,and does not increase drug adverse reactions.
