Effect of art Behaviour therapy combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on psycho-behavioral symptoms and cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's disease
Objective To explore the value of choosing artistic behavior combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, and to analyze the impact of this plan on patients'mental behavioral symptoms and cognitive impairment. Methods A study of 62 patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 was conducted using an Excel table. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:one group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy(control)and the other group received artistic behavior combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy(observation). The clini-cal efficacy, cognitive function, and motor function and patients'mental and behavioral symptoms between two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of 31 patients in the observation group after artistic behavior combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The motor func-tion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The psychological and behavioral symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of artistic behavior combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of Parkinson's disease can improve patients'cognitive and motor functions, and reducing the impact of the disease on their daily living ability.
