The effect of Dexzopiclone in the treatment of Parkinson's disease patients with sleep disorders
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of right zopiclone in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with sleep disorders.Methods Eighty-two Parkinson's patients with sleep disorders from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups using the number table method.The control group was treated with estazolam,while the observation group was treated with dexzopiclone.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),and Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the PSQI index and ISI index of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,while the observation group showed significantly lower levels of both indices after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UPDRS score of both groups were significantly reduced,while the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Parkinson's com-bined with sleep disorders with dexzopiclone can effectively improve sleep quality,and promote the relief of Parkinson's symptoms.
