目的 探究血清S100B蛋白、脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor，BDNF)和神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y，NPY)水平与孕晚期(≥ 35周)抑郁症患者症状的相关性。方法 选取我院2021年1月～2023年3月期间在我院正常建档的102例孕妇，其中诊断为孕晚期抑郁孕妇41例作为抑郁组，无孕晚期抑郁的孕妇61例为对照组。比较两组建档(孕24周)、孕晚期(孕35周)时血清S100B蛋白、BDNF和NPY水平，并使用受试者工作特征(Receive operating characteristic curve，ROC)曲线分析血清S100B蛋白、BDNF、NPY水平诊断孕晚期抑郁症的价值。结果 建档时两组孕妇S100B蛋白、BDNF、NPY水平无统计学意义(P＞0。05);孕晚期(孕35周)时抑郁组孕妇S100B蛋白水平高于对照组，BDNF、NPY水平低于对照组，有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。经ROC曲线分析，S100B蛋白诊断孕晚期抑郁曲线下面积(Area under the curve，AUC)为0。881，BDNF诊断疾病AUC为0。922、NPY诊断疾病AUC为0。927，灵敏度和特异度较高(P＜0。05)。结论 血清S100B蛋白、BDNF、NPY指标对孕晚期抑郁患者具有一定的预测价值。
Relationship between serum S100B,BDNF and NPY levels and symptoms of late pregnancy depression
Objective To explore the correlation of serum levels of S100B protein,Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and Neuropeptide Y(NPY)with depression in the third trimester(≥ 35 weeks).Methods A total of 102 pregnant women from January 2021 to March 2023 in our hospital were selected,including 41 pregnant women diagnosed with depression in the third trimester as the depression group and 61 pregnant women without depression in the third trimester as the control group.Serum levels of S100B protein,BDNF and NPY were compared between the two components(24 weeks of gestation)and the third trimester(35 weeks of gestation),and the Receive operating char-acteristic curve was used.ROC curve was used to analysis the value of serum S100B protein,BDNF,NPY levels in the diagnosis of depression in late pregnancy.Results There was no statistical significance in the levels of S100B protein,BDNF and NPY between the two groups(P＞0.05).In the third trimester(35 weeks),the levels of S100B protein in the depressed group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of BDNF and NPY were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).According to ROC curve analysis,the Area under the curve(AUC)of S100B protein for diagnosis of late pregnancy depression was 0.881,the AUC of BDNF was 0.922,and that of NPY was 0.927,indicating high sensitivity and specificity(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum S100B protein,BDNF and NPY have predictive value in patients with depression in late pregnancy.
