Relationship between Serum Adropin,PAF,GFAP Levels and Depression Severity in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Their Predictive Value
Objective Analyze the relationship and predictive value of serum adiponectin regulatory protein(Adropin),platelet activating factor(PAF),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)levels with the severity of depres-sion in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and depression. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,86 CHD patients with depression were selected and classified according to the Hamilton's Depression Scale(HAMD-17)score into mild 36 cases, moderate 31 cases, and severe 19 cases.Compare the serum Adropin,PAF,GFAP,and HAMD-17 scores of each group, analyze the correlation and predictive value of serum markers for the severity of de-pression in CHD.Result Compared with the mild group, the serum Adropin levels in the moderate and severe groups were lower(P<0.05),and the PAF,GFAP,and HAMD-17 scores were higher(P<0.05).The severe group had lower levels of Adropin and higher levels of other indicators(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that Adropin was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.484),while PAF and GFAP were positively correlated with depression(r=0.622,0.649).The moderate joint prediction AUC is 0.515-0.588,with a sensitivity of 87.1%~100.0%and a specificity of 30.9%~81.8%.The severe combined prediction AUC is 0.881~0.987,with a sensitivity of 89.5%~94.7%and a specificity of 77.6%~100.0%.Conclusion The higher the degree of depression in patients with coronary heart disease and depression, the lower their serum Adropin, and the higher their serum PAF and GFAP.The combination of the three can improve the predictive value for severe depression.
