The influence of anxiety and depression on inflammation and myocardial injury markers in patients after PCI
Objective To explore the effects of combined anxiety and depression on inflammation and myocardial injury markers after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease were included from May 2021 to June 2023,all treated with PCI surgery. The anxiety and depression on the second day after surgery were evaluated.Based on the evaluation results, they were divided into the anxiety group, the depression group and the control group. The serum inflammation and myocardial injury markers between two groups of patients were compared.whether there is a linear relationship between anxiety and depression were analyzed. Results 44 out 102 patients had anxiety and depression after surgery. The serum creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(CTnl),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP),and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the anxiety and de-pression group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores were positively correlated with levels of inflammation and myocardial injury markers(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with concomitant anxiety and depression have higher levels of inflammatory and myocardial injury markers after PCI,while patients with negative emotions have more severe inflammatory reactions and myocardial injury.
