Effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral and emotional release techniques in patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with depression
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of cognitive behavior combined with emotion release tech-nology(EFT)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and depression.Methods 90 patients with AMI complicated with depression admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into random number table.The control group(45 patients)received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and Sertraline hydrochloride tablets were taken orally.The study group(45 patients)performed cognitive behavior and emotion release techniques on the basis of the control group,and compared the coping style,emotional state,and self feeling burden of the two groups.Results After treatment,the M ADRS and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional burden,physical burden,and economic burden in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of negative coping after treatment in the com-parative study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of positive coping after treatment in the comparative study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cog-nitive behavior combined with EFT in patients with AMI and depression is beneficial for improving emotions,promoting changes in coping styles,and reducing the burden of self perception.
