目的 探究认知行为疗法联合重组人生长激素在特发性矮小症(idiopathic short stature，ISS)患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年3月～2023年3月期间90例ISS患儿作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为激素组和认知组。激素组给予重组人生长激素治疗，认知组在激素组基础上增加认知行为疗法，持续干预12个月，对比两组心理应激、依从性、生长指标。结果 认知组干预12个月后艾森克人格问卷中神经质因子(neuroticism，N)、掩饰性因子(lie，L)、精神质因子(psychoticism，P)、内外倾因子(extraversion，E)、行为依从性、Morisky量表评分低于激素组;生长速度、骨密度、身高、体质量水平高于激素组(P＜0。05)。结论 认知行为疗法联合重组人生长激素可改善ISS患儿生长指标，调节依从性，调控心理应激。
Effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with recombinant human growth hormone on psycho-logical stress,compliance and growth indicators in children with idiopathic nanosomia
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with recombinant human growth hormone in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods A total of 90 children with ISS from March 2021 to March 2023 in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into hormone group and cognitive group by random number table method.The hormone group was treated with recombinant human growth hormone,and the cognitive group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the hormone group for 12 months.The psychological stress,compliance and growth indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After 12 months of in-tervention,neuroticism(N),lie(L),psychoticism(P),extraversion(E),behavioral compliance and Morisky scale scores in cognitive group were lower than those in hormone group.The growth rate,bone mineral density,height and body mass were higher than those in hormone group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with recombinant human growth homone can improve growth indicators,regulate compliance and regulate psychologi-cal stress in ISS children.
