Effects of Citalopram combined with acceptance commitment therapy on negative emotions,mental flexibility and coping ability in patients with primary liver cancer
Objective To observe the application of Citalopram combined with acceptance commitment therapy in regulating negative emotions in patients with primary liver cancer and its influence on mental flexibility and coping ability.Methods 96 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital were divided by random number table method.48 patients in the control group received conventional interventional therapy for liver cancer combined with acceptance commitment therapy,and 48 patients in the observation group were combined with citalopram on the basis of the con-trol group.Negative emotions,psychological flexibility,coping ability changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in hospital Anxiety and depres-sion scale(HADS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological Flexibility Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-Ⅱ)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of medical coping questionnaire(MCMQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of submission and avoidance were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Citalopram combined with ACT therapy can effectively relieve negative emotions,improve mental flexibility and enhance coping ability in patients with primary liver cancer without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
