目的 探讨群组管理健康教育对慢性精神分裂症社会功能的影响.方法 选择阜阳市第三人民医院2023年1月~2023年8月80例慢性精神分裂症患者,采用抛硬币法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用群组管理健康教育.比较干预前后两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)、精神病患者社会功能评定量表(Scale of social function in psychosis inpatients,SSPI).结果 两组患者干预后 PANSS 量表阴性症状、一般精神病理评分均显著降低,且干预后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后SSPI量表活动性与交往、日常生活能力、社会活动技能评分均显著升高,且干预后观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 群组管理健康教育能够提升慢性精神分裂症社会功能,并促进病情康复.
The effect of cluster-managed health education on social functioning in chronic schizophrenia patients
Objective To explore the effects of cluster management health education on social functioning in chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods Eighty patients with chronic schizophrenia were selected from January 2023 to August 2023 in the Third People's Hospital of Fuyang City.They were randomly divided into two groups using the coin-flip method;the control group used conventional treatment and care,and the observation group used cluster management health education on the basis of the control group.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI)were compared between the two groups before and after interven-tion.Results PANSS scale negative and general psychopathology scores were significantly lower in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).SSPI scale activity and interaction,ability to perform daily life,and social activity skills scores were significantly higher in both groups after the intervention,and and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster management health education enhances social functioning and promotes recovery in chronic schizophrenia.
