Mood and sleep status of puerperas receiving infrared therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation care and its influencing factors
Objective To observe the mental and sleep state and its influencing factors of the parturients receiv-ing infrared therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation samples. All patients received infrared therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The mood state and sleep quality of patients were evaluated by self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Score(PSQI).The risk factors affecting mental and sleep quality of patients were analyzed by univariate analysis and binary Logistic regression. Results The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the mode of delivery, abortion history, relationship with in-laws,satisfaction with husband, satisfaction with baby sex and poor sleep quality were independent risk factors for maternal depression(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that incision pain, breast tenderness, night breastfeeding, puerperal sweating, night toilet use, ward noise, nursing rounds and depression were independent risk factors leading to poor sleep quality in parturient women(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing are ideal for maternal intervention, and maternal mood and sleep quality are related to many clinical factors,so clinical attention should be paid to them.
