(Comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire-74,GQOLI-74)的得分.
The therapeutic value of auditory, visual, olfactory, and tactile multisensory stimulation training for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of audiovisual olfactory multi-sensory stimulation train-ing in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)and anxiety. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety were included in our hospital from November 2020 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)using a random number table. Both groups of patients were given routine psychological intervention, while the control group was treated with lo-razepam tablets. The observation group received a combination of auditory, visual, olfactory, and tactile multi-senso-ry stimulation training on the basis of the control group.Evaluate and compare the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Mini-Mental State Examination scale(MMSE)between two groups of patients, and also evaluate their Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Question-74(GQOLI-74).Results After intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group showed a decrease in HAMA score and an increase in MMSE score(P<0.05);After intervention, compared with the control group, the GQOLI-74 scores in all dimensions in the observation group increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of visual, auditory, olfactory, and tactile stimulation training with lorazepam can ef-fectively improve anxiety and cognitive function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety, and enhance their quality of life.
