Effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction behavioral training on mood state,lung function and sleep quality in patients with lung adenocarcinoma
Objective To explore the value of mindfulness-based stress reduction behavioral training in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,109 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were included,54 patients in control group were given routine psychological intervention,and observation group was added behavioral training of mindfulness-based stress reduction.After intervention,mood state,sleep quality,lung function and cancer-related fatigue were compared.Results After intervention,self-rating depression and self-rating anxiety Scale,the Piper Fatigue Score-R and The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index of observation group were lower than control group.The Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale,the Lung capacity and peak expiratory flow were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based decompression behavior training can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function and mood state,restore sleep quality,reduce fatigue in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.
