Effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on quality of life and negative emotion in patients with lung cancer
Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing combined with health education on the quality of life and negative emotions of lung cancer patients.Methods 115 lung cancer patients admitted to the hos-pital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as samples.After random number table processing,different nurs-ing intervention plans were implemented.A control group of 57 samples received routine nursing,while an observation group of 58 samples received psychological nursing combined with health education.The negative emotions,self per-ceived burden,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(10.07±1.41)and Hamilton Depression Scale(11.24±2.16)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-perceived burden(18.65±3.11)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life(81.99±9.82)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation value of nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that in the control group(82.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education for lung cancer patients can significantly alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the burden of self-perception,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
