目的 探讨急性白血病化疗患儿父母疾病感知、社会支持、恐惧疾病进展(Fear of progression，FoP)间的关系。方法 于2022年6月～2023年6月采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、中文版父母疾病进展恐惧量表、简易疾病感知问卷和社会支持评定量表对在我院血液肿瘤科就诊的186名急性白血病化疗患儿父母进行调查。结果 急性白血病化疗患儿父母FoP得分为(42。58±8。28)分，失调率为77。42％;患儿父母FoP与疾病感知呈正相关(P＜0。001)，FoP与社会支持总分及各维度呈负相关(P＜0。001)，疾病感知与社会支持总分及各维度呈负相关(P＜0。001)，中介效应结果显示，社会支持在疾病感知和疾病进展恐惧间的中介效应显著，95％CI为(0。0644-0。2705)，间接效应为0。1645，通过主观支持和对社会支持利用度实现，占总效应的35。29％。结论 急性白血病化疗患儿父母FoP心理功能失调发生率高，临床医护人员可通过提高社会支持，如:主观支持和支持利用度，以帮助患儿父母做好积极心理调适，从而降低FoP水平。
Mediating effects of social support on parental illness perception and fear of disease progression in chil-dren with acute leukemia chemotherapy
Objective To explore the relationship between parents'Fear of progression(FoP),social support and illness perception in children with acute leukemia treated with chemotherapy.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,a self-designed general data questionnaire,Chinese version of Parents'Fear of Disease Progression Scale,sim-ple illness perception Questionnaire and social support rating Scale were used to investigate the parents of 186 children with acute leukemia in the hematology and oncology department of our hospital.Results The FOP scores of parents of children with acute leukemia chemotherapy were(42.58±8.28),and the disorder rate was 77.42％.Parents'FoP was positively correlated with illness perception(P＜0.001).FoP was negatively correlated with the total score and dimen-sions of social support(P＜0.001).Tllness perception was negatively correlated with the total score and dimensions of social support(P＜0.001).The mediating effect results showed that the mediating effect of social support was significant between disease perception and fear of illness progression,95％CI was(0.0644～0.2705),and the indirect effect was 0.1645,which was realized through subjective support and social support utilization,accounting for 35.29％of the to-tal effect.Conclusion The incidence of FoP mental dysfunction in parents of acute leukemia chemotherapy children is high.Clinical staff can help parents make positive psychological adjustment by improving social support,such as sub-jective support and support utilization,so as to reduce the level of FoP.
