The effect of integrated psychological nursing model on gastrointestinal neoplasms patients in chemotherapy
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated psychological nursing model on gastroin-testinal neoplasms patients in chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-three gastrointestinal neoplasms chemotherapy patients were included from April 2021 to April 2023 and they were randomly divided into groups using the numerical table.41 cases in the control group received routine psychological care,while 42 cases in the observation group received inte-grated psychological care model.The hospital anxiety and depression scale,cancer fatigue scale(CFS),and herth hope index(HHI)before and after nursing care were compared.Results After psychological care,the scores of anxi-ety and depression in both groups decreased,and the scores of the two point scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After psychological care,both groups had a decrease in CFS scores and an increase in HHI scores,and the observation group had better scores on both scales than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated psychological care model used for gastrointestinal neoplasms chemotherapy patients can alleviate negative emotions,improve hope levels,and alleviate cancer fatigue.
