The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with behavioral training on chemotherapy for colorectal cancer and its impact on negative emotions and cognitive function in patients
Objective To study the chemotherapy effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive be-havioral training for patients of colorectal cancer and its impact on negative emotions and cognitive function. Methods 98 colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Bozhou City People's Hospital of Anhui Province from April 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects and conducted retrospective analysis. The patients were divided into two groups, which based on different management methods.52 cases in the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with cognitive behavioral training;46 cases in the control group received routine nursing management. The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of chemotherapy were compared. The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to compare the negative emotions of patients before and after intervention, the cognitive function status of patients were recorded by the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE).Results There were no significant difference in the progression free survival rate and overall survival rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The observation group showed a significant reduction in gastrointestinal reactions,leuko-penia,thrombocytopenia,and anemia during chemotherapy, which compared with the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the MMSE scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rapid rehabilitation nursing and cognitive behavioral training for postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer can help alleviate chemotherapy adverse reactions, correct negative emotions, and improve cognitive function.
