The effect of nursing intervention based on gratitude extension construction theory on patients with blad-der cancer complicated with anxiety and depression
Objective To explore the effect of clinical intervention on psychological status and self-manage-ment ability of patients with bladder cancer complicated with anxiety based on gratitude extension construction theory.Methods 120 cases of bladder cancer with anxiety were enrolled from May 2020 to May 2023.They were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was performed conven-tional psychological intervention and the observation group received nursing interventions based on gratitude extension construction theory on the basis of the control group.Compare two groups of Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Ex-ercise of Self Care Agency Scale(ESCA),and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)Results Compared with before inter-vention,after intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared before and after intervention,the ESCA scores in all dimensions were higher in both groups,and compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of gratitude extension construction theory,clinical intervention for bladder cancer patients with anxiety can improve their anxiety,depression and self-management ability.
