摘要
基因-环境交互作用(gene-environment interaction)分析方法适合探讨流行病学中遗传和环境多种因素对于疾病发生或传播的作用,并逐渐成为流行病学研究的重要研究手段.该文从基因-环境交互作用方法的研究设计和统计学方法两方面,综述此方法的最新国内外研究进展,期望拓展在寄生虫病等研究领域的应用.
Abstract
Gene-environment interaction analysis,as a method of multi-factor study,can explore the role of genetic and environmental factors in the prevalence and transmission of diseases,and it has become a very important means of epidemiological study.Research design and statistical methods of gene-environment interaction method were reviewed in this paper,aiming at providing reference in the flied of parasitic diseases study.
