目的 分析四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病空间分布情况及空间聚集区域,了解现阶段四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病重点筛查地区,为四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病防控工作提供参考. 方法 收集四川省甘孜藏族自治州18县325乡以2014年为主的棘球蚴病人群筛查数据,运用空间扫描统计量法、空间自相关法分析四川省甘孜藏族自治州细粒棘球蚴病和多房棘球蚴病检出率的空间聚集性,得到细粒棘球蚴病和多房棘球蚴病检出率分布的空间聚集区域. 结果 四川省甘孜藏族自治州细粒棘球蚴病空间分布呈现高检出率聚集,一级聚集区位于四川省甘孜藏族自治州西北部,一级聚集区内包含2个巢式聚集区,分别位于德格县东北部和石渠县东北部.多房棘球蚴病空间分布同样呈现高检出率聚集,一级聚集区与细粒棘球蚴病一级聚集区空间分布一致,一级聚集区内3个巢式聚集区分别位于德格县东北部、甘孜县北部和石渠县东北部. 结论 四川省甘孜藏族自治州棘球蚴病空间分布存在聚集性,通过空间聚集性分析可得到棘球蚴病空间聚集区域,即今后工作需要加强的区域.
Spatial clustering analysis of echinococcosis in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province
Objective To analyze the spatial distribution and spatial clusters of echinococcosis in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province,identify the areas where more screening of echinococcosis is needed at the present stage and then provide guidance to the echinococcosis control and prevention.Methods Based on the screening data of echinococcosis among the population in 18 counties of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in 2014,spatial scan analysis and spatial autocorrelation method were used to identify the spatial clusters on the detection rate of cystic echinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis patients who were newly diagnosed in this screening at the township level,the results of the two methods were compared.Results Spatial clusters of both cystic echinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis were recognized in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Both the primary cluster of cystic echinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis was located in the northwest of the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province.For cystic echinococcosis,two nested clusters located in the northeast of Dege county and the northeast of Shiqu county were included in the primary cluster.For alveolar echinococcosis,there are three nested clusters which were located in the northeast of Dege county,the north of Ganzi county and the northeast of Shiqu county.Conclution Clusters were identified on the spatial distribution of echinococcosis in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province.Spatial clustering analysis can find out the areas of spatial clusters which need to pay more attention in future work.
