摘要
目的 探讨注入生理盐水漂浮法(简称注水漂浮法)治疗儿童脑内囊性细粒棘球蚴手术方法及疗效. 方法 回顾性分析新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院神经外科2004-2013年行注水漂浮法手术治疗的儿童脑内囊性细粒棘球蚴患者资料,观察手术效果,随访术后复发. 结果 共治疗12例儿童脑内囊性细粒棘球蚴患者.囊肿均完整摘除,术后症状均明显改善.神经外科门诊随访6月～1年,患儿术后均恢复良好.11例无复发.1例复发,再次行手术后无复发. 结论 注水漂浮法治疗儿童脑内囊性细粒棘球蚴疗效确切,其对脑组织损伤小,可全切病灶,术后恢复良好.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the operation method of physiological saline injection and floating (water injection and floating method) and its effect in the treatment of child brain cystic echinococcosis granulose.Methods The data of children patients suffered from brain cystic echinococcosis granulose and treated with operation of water injection and floating method during 2004-2013 at the Department of Neurosurgery,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed.The effect of the operation was observed and post-operative recurrence was followed-up.Results A total of 12 children cases of brain cystic echinococcosis granulose was treated.The cysts were completely removed.The symptoms were improved obviously after the operation.The patients were followed up for 6 months-1 years at clinics as outpatients.The post-operative recovery was good in all patients.Totally 11 cases were without recurrence while one case was of recurrence and no recurrence after operation again.Conclusion The curative effect of water injection and floating method treatment on children brain cystic echinococcosis granulose was promising with little damage to brain tissue and complete removal of the lesion.The post-operative recovery was good.
