2014年江苏省消除疟疾"1-3-7定点清除"执行情况分析

目的 通过对江苏省2014年消除疟疾"1-3-7定点清除"工作模式执行情况的分析,提高全省疟疾防治工作的及时性,进一步推动消除疟疾阶段江苏省疟疾防控工作进程.方法 收集网络直报系统中江苏省各级医疗机构和疾病预防控制机构报告的病例信息,收集寄生虫病专报系统中的疟疾病例流行病学个案调查和疫点调查与处置信息,对其中有关病例确诊、网络直报、流行病学个案调查以及疫点调查与处置完成时间的信息进行统计分析.结果 2014年江苏省网络直报疟疾病例355例,均为实验室确诊病例,均为境外输入性疟疾病例;全部疟疾病例均于发现后24h内进行网络直报,并于网络直报后3d和7d内分别开展了流行病学个案调查和疫点调查与处置,执行率均达100%;所有病例中,网络直报后2d内完成流行病学个案调查的有355例,执行率为99.72%;网络直报后5d内完成疫点调查与处置的有319例,执行率为92.68%.结论 2014年江苏省消除疟疾"1-3-7定点清除"工作模式执行率均达到了100%,全省连续3年无本地感染疟疾病例报告,消除疟疾工作成效显著.
Analysis on implementation of malaria elimination under ‘ China's 1-3-7 strategy’ in Jiangsu Province in 2014
Objective To analyze implementation of malaria ehmination about "1-3-7 strategy" in Jiangsu Province in 2014,so as to improve timeliness of malaria control in Jiangsu Province and further promote malaria elimination.Methods Through collecting epidemiological investigation and foci disposal information from directly network reporting system for diseases control and prevention of Jiangsu,the data were statistically analyzed for the information of completed time of confirmed cases,epidemiological investigation and foci disposal.Results In 2014,there were 355 malaria cases that were all lab-confirmed and imported abroad.All malaria cases were reported after first diagnosis within 24 h(1 day)through the directly reported network and completion rate was 100%.Similar|y,the completion rates of epidemiological investigation and foci disposal of all malaria cases within 3 d and 7 d were 100%respectively.However,2-days of epidemiological investigation and 5-days of foci disposal completion rates were 99.72%and 92.68%,respectively.Conclusion In 2014,during malaria ehmination,the completion rates reached 100%under"1-3-7 approach".Jiangsu had no local infection of malaria cases in 3 consecutive year,elimination of malaria has achieved remarkable results.
