摘要

目的 为进一步提高哨鼠在不同环境疫水测定中的准确性和灵敏度,及时掌握江、湖、河水域中日本血吸虫尾蚴分布动态和规律,为监测预警提供科学依据.方法 采用22号铅丝手工编制的长方形漂浮式鼠笼,将其分隔5间并配活动门盖,每间投放小鼠(哨鼠)2只,同时在其两端分别用(37 cm×10 cm)条形泡沫塑料作浮标并加以固定,使漂浮式鼠笼能随水位自由升降而不下沉,并观察其测定效果.结果 漂浮式鼠笼在现场哨鼠疫水测定中,能使笼内小鼠四肢、腹部和尾巴正好接触到疫水,而且能使漂浮式鼠笼更加稳固于被测水域水面,使被测小鼠死亡明显减少,现场哨鼠测定效果十分满意.结论 此法既安全、简易,又价廉、方便,值得各地在现场血吸虫病监测预警中推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To further improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the test of infected water using sentinel mice in different environments,to know well about the distribution trend and regulation of Schistosoma cercariae in the water of lake and Yangtze river,thus to provide scientific evidence for surveillance and forecast.Methods Floating mice cages were made by hand and divided into 5 chambers each with dodge gates using galvanized wire size 22.Two mice were placed in each chamber.And the cages were fasten with foamed plastic so as not to sink and easy to monitor.Results This cage could float on the surface of the water steady.The four limbs and abdomen and tail of the mouse can touch the water easily.The death rate of the sentinel mice was reduced during the test and the effect of sentinel mice test on-site was very good.Conclusion This kind of mice cage is safe and easy to make,also cheap and convenient for the surveillance and forecast on schistosomiasis on-site.
