摘要
多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统慢性自身免疫性炎性脱髓鞘疾病。既往研究主要探讨T淋巴细胞在MS中的作用,但近年来越来越多的证据表明B淋巴细胞在该病发生发展中发挥了重要作用。文章对T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞及细胞因子参与MS的发病机制及相关治疗药物进行概述,以期为MS的治疗提供新的思路。 Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system. Previous studies have mainly explored the role of T lymphocytes in MS, but in recent years, more and more evidences have shown that B lymphocytes play an important role in the occurrence and development of this disease. This review summarizes the role of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and cytokines in pathogenesis of MS and related therapeutic drugs, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment.
