摘要

近年来有氧糖酵解和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)在肿瘤微环境中的密切关系逐渐受到人们关注。TAMs不仅能够降低自身的糖酵解水平间接助长有氧糖酵解,还能通过特定的细胞因子和非编码RNA调控有氧糖酵解。这些机制是TAMs促进肿瘤生长、转移和抵抗化疗的重要因素,并且有望提供抗肿瘤治疗的新靶点。文章综述了TAMs调控有氧糖酵解机制,TAMs和有氧糖酵解对免疫逃逸的影响及与之相关的治疗策略。 In recent years, the intimate relationship between aerobic glycolysis and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in the tumor microenvironment has garnered increasing attention. TAMs not only reduce their own glycolysis level to indirectly promote aerobic glycolysis, but also regulate aerobic glycolysis through specific cytokines and non-coding RNAs. These mechanisms are important factors for TAMs in promoting tumor growth, metastasis, and chemotherapy resistance, and are expected to provide new targets for anti-tumor treatment. Here we reviews the mechanism of TAMs in regulating aerobic glycolysis, the impact of TAMs and aerobic glycolysis on immune escape, and related treatment strategies.

Abstract
