摘要
患者报告结局工具(PROM)是一种直接反映患者对其自身疾病和相应治疗感受的评价工具,它不经过包括医疗工作者在内的他人的修改和解读.PROM早期用于评价药物治疗的获益与风险,后推广至慢性难治性疾病及心理卫生疾病.随着临床、科研人员对其价值的认可,其应用也越来越广泛.文章在检索围手术期相关的PROM文献的基础上,简述PROM在围手术期的应用,以期为围手术期未来PROM的应用和制定提供参考.
Abstract
Patient-reported outcome measurement(PROM)is an assessing tool which directly capture patients'subjective experiences regarding their own disease and corresponding treatment,without any modification or interpretation by healthcare professionals.Initially applied for evaluating the benefits and risks of drug therapy,PROM have subsequently been extended to be used in chronic refractory diseases and mental health disorders.With increasing recognition of its value among clinical and scientific researchers,the application of PROM has become widespread.Based on the review of perioperative related PROM literature,this review briefly outlines the utilization of PROM during the perioperative period,aiming to provide guidance for future applications and development in this context.
