腰交感神经与下肢慢性疼痛研究进展

摘要
下肢慢性疼痛严重影响患者生活质量,但目前对其治疗仍不满意,需寻找更加有效的治疗方法.交感神经系统参与或维持疼痛一直是人们关注的焦点,交感神经调控因其明确的治疗效果有望成为慢性疼痛的有力治疗方式.然而目前其治疗机制仍不清晰.文章综述了腰交感神经节的解剖结构,腰交感神经参与下肢慢性疼痛的形成以及腰交感神经调控在下肢慢性疼痛中的应用.通过对基础研究及临床研究两部分内容的回顾,以期为解决下肢慢性疼痛难题提供新的思路.
Abstract
Chronic lower limb pain seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but the current treatment is still not satisfac-tory,and more effective treatment strategies are still needed.The involvement or maintenance of pain by the sympathetic nervous sys-tem has always been the focus of attention,and sympathetic modulation is expected to become a powerful treatment modality for chronic pain due to its clear therapeutic effect.However,its therapeutic mechanism is still unclear.This article reviews the anatomical struc-ture of the lumbar sympathetic ganglion,the involvement of lumbar sympathetic nerves in the formation of chronic pain in the lower limbs,and the application of lumbar sympathetic nerve regulation in chronic pain in the lower limbs.Through a review of basic re-search and clinical research,it provides new ideas for solving the problem of chronic pain in the lower limbs.
