右美托咪定对内脏痛的治疗作用及其机制的研究进展

摘要
内脏痛是最常见的临床症状之一,目前仍是临床工作中的一项挑战.右美托咪定作为围手术期和重症监护室常用的药物,在临床和基础研究中均显示出良好的内脏镇痛作用,为内脏痛带来新的镇痛策略.文章综述了内脏痛的概况和发生机制,回顾近年来右美托咪定治疗内脏痛的临床证据,对右美托咪定治疗内脏痛的给药方式和使用剂量进行比较,并进一步讨论右美托咪定的新型药物制剂,总结右美托咪定治疗内脏痛机制的研究进展,为临床实践和基础研究提供依据和思路.
Abstract
Visceral pain is one of the most common clinical conditions and remains a challenge in clinical practice.Dexme-detomidine,a drug commonly used in perioperative and intensive care units,has shown favorable visceral analgesic effects in both clini-cal and basic studies,and has bring new analgesic strategies for visceral pain.This review summarized the profile and mechanisms of visceral pain,and reviewed the clinical evidence of dexmedetomidine treatment of visceral pain in recent years,compared the modes of administration and dosages used in the treatment of visceral pain by dexmedetomidine,and discussed the novel pharmacological formu-lations of dexmedetomidine,as well as summarized the research advances on the mechanism of dexmedetomidine treatment of visceral pain,which would provide the basis and ideas for both clinical practice and basic research.
