摘要
布比卡因脂质体是采用脂质体技术制备而成的缓释布比卡因,局部镇痛作用时间可长达72 h.文章综述布比卡因脂质体相关研究,重点介绍其在术后镇痛方面的临床研究进展.从布比卡因脂质体的药理学特性、临床应用及安全性等方面描述布比卡因脂质体在术后镇痛中的应用.布比卡因脂质体作为超长效局麻药,在术后镇痛中具有一定的应用价值.
Abstract
Liposomal bupivacaine is a sustained-released bupivacaine prepared by liposome technology.The analgesic time of liposomal bupivacaine can be up to 72 h.The article reviews the related studies concerning liposomal bupivacaine,with a focus on the research progress of postoperative analgesia.The application of bupivacaine liposomes in postoperative analgesia is summarized from the respects of pharmacological properties,clinical applications and safety.As an ultra-long-acting local anesthetics,bupivacaine lipo-some has certain application value in postoperative analgesia.
