虚拟仿真实验教学在临床麻醉教学中的应用

目的 探讨虚拟仿真实验教学在临床麻醉教学中的效果.方法 将2021年和2022年上海交通大学附属第九人民医院临床医学院临床医学本科5年制的45名学生作为虚拟仿真组,在传统模式教学基础上应用虚拟仿真实验教学;将2019年和2020年同年级同专业应用传统模式教学的47名学生作为对照组.比较两组学生的理论成绩、操作技能成绩、实习成绩优秀率及学生满意度.结果 两组学生实习前的理论成绩、操作技能成绩差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),虚拟仿真组学生实习后的理论成绩、操作技能成绩、实习成绩优秀率及学生满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 虚拟仿真实验教学为临床麻醉教学提供了安全、有效的教学方法和手段,有助于提高学生的临床实践能力及教学满意度.
Application of virtual simulation experiments in clinical anesthesia teaching
Objective To investigate the effect of virtual simulation experimental teaching on clinical anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of 45 five-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in School of Clinical Medicine,Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021 and 2022 were selected as a virtual simulation group,which were provided with virtual simulation experimental in addition to traditional teaching model.Meanwhile,another 47 students with the same major at the same grade in 2019 and 2020 were selected as a control group.Both group were compared for theoretical scores and operational skill scores,excellence rates in internship scores,and students'satisfaction.Results There was no statistical difference in the theo-retical scores and operational skill scores between the two groups before internship(all P>0.05).Compared with the control group,stu-dents in the virtual simulation group showed increases in theoretical scores,operational skill scores,excellence rates in internship scores,and students'satisfaction after internship(all P<0.05).Conclusions Virtual simulation experimental teaching provide a safe and effective method for clinical anesthesia teaching,which helps to improve students'clinical practice ability and teaching satis-faction.
