围手术期膈肌功能障碍的研究进展

摘要
膈肌功能障碍(DD)是较为常见的围手术期疾病,存在多种原因,单侧较双侧多见,其可导致呼吸衰竭,在临床上易被忽视.近年来越来越多的研究关注围手术期膈肌保护,文章就膈肌的解剖和功能、DD的临床表现及发病原因、围手术期管理策略等进行综述,强调探讨DD的发生机制及防治的重要性,以期改善该类患者的麻醉管理和预后.
Abstract
Diaphragm dysfunction(DD)is a common perioperative disorder due to multiple causes.Unilateral DD dysfunction is more common than bilateral DD dysfunction,which can ultimately lead to respiratory failure.In recent years,more and more studies have paid attention to perioperative diaphragm protection.This review aims to summarize the anatomy and function of the diaphragm,clinical manifestations,and causes,as well as perioperative management strategies,especially emphasizing the importance of investiga-tions concerning the mechanism and prevention and treatment of diaphragm dysfunction to improve anesthetic management and progno-sis of these patients.
