Pathogenesis of sleep disorders associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection
The global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has had far-reaching consequences on public health,and the associated sleep problems are prevalent.Sleep disorders related to COVID-19 are associated with multiple factors.The article reviews the relevant literature and focuses on the inflammatory response after COVID-19,the attack of SARS-CoV-2 on the central ner-vous system,and the effect of SARS-CoV-2 on neurotransmitters,in an effort to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders related to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
