术中气管切开术导致气管后壁撕裂1例报告

摘要
气管切开术具有一定的优势,包括减少无效腔、减少气道阻力、提高患者舒适性、更加方便地进行口腔护理和呼吸道分泌物的清理等.然而气管切开术存在相关并发症,尤其气管后壁撕裂会引起致命性后果.文章报道1例口腔癌手术术中行气管切开术发生气管后壁撕裂,现整理此病例的围手术期管理体会,以期为气管切开术围手术期管理提供参考.
Abstract
Tracheostomy has some advantages,including reducing ineffective cavities and airway resistance,offering improved comfort,and more convenient oral care and clearance of respiratory secretions,etc.But tracheostomy may cause some complications,es-pecially the posterior tracheal wall laceration that may cause fatal consequences.This article reports a posterior tracheal wall laceration case during tracheostomy,which happened in an oral cancer surgery.Here we summarize the anesthesia managing experience to pro-vide a reference for the perioperative management of tracheostomy.
