摘要
睡眠障碍是意识障碍(DOC)患者的常见合并症,睡眠脑电监测作为一种无创技术,可以客观、定量地反映睡眠期间的脑电图变化,在一定程度上体现DOC患者脑功能和意识的保留程度.文章介绍了 DOC患者的睡眠脑电图模式,将睡眠脑电图对于DOC患者辅助诊断和预后评估的价值进行总结,并探讨了 DOC患者睡眠障碍可能的治疗方法,旨在为DOC患者的诊疗、管理及康复提供新的思路.
Abstract
Sleep disturbance is a common complication in patients with disorders of consciousness(DOC).As a non-invasive technique,sleep electroencephalogram monitoring can objectively and quantitatively reflect the changes in electroencephalogram dur-ing sleep in patients with DOC.To some extent,it reflects the retention of brain function and consciousness.This article introduces the sleep electroencephalogram patterns of DOC patients and summarizes the value of sleep electroencephalogram in assisting the diagno-sis and prognosis of DOC patients,as well as discussing the possible treatment of sleep disturbance in patients with DOC.This review aims to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment,management,and rehabilitation of patients with DOC.
