摘要
目的 构建麻醉重症医学病房(AICU)护理管理质量指标体系,为AICU专科护理管理监测和评价提供参考依据.方法 基于"结构-过程-结果"三维质量结构模型,结合查阅分析及小组成员反复讨论,拟定AICU护理管理质量指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对指标进行修订与完善,确定AICU护理管理质量指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重.结果 两轮函询的专家积极系数为100％和95.2％,专家权威系数为0.924和0.909,变异系数为0.000～0.268和0.000～0.213,肯德尔和谐系数为0.112和0.164,各指标权重的一致性检验显示,一致性比率均＜0.1.AICU护理管理质量指标体系由一级指标3项、二级指标13项、三级指标89项组成.结论 构建的AICU护理管理质量指标体系科学合理、内容全面、实用性强,可为AICU护理质量管理提供参考依据.
Abstract
Objective Constructing a quality index system for nursing management in anesthesia intensive care unit(AICU)provides rules and bases for monitoring and evaluating specialized nursing management in AICU.Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model of"structure-process-result",combined with looking up and analyzing literature,and discus-sions among group members,a preliminary draft of the AICU nursing management quality indicator system is formulated.Two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry method are used to revise and improve the indicators and to determine the AICU nursing management quality indicator system.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weights of each indicator.Results The positive coeffi-cients of the two rounds of consultation were 100％and 95.2％respectively.The expert authority coefficients are 0.924 and 0.909 re-spectively.The coefficients of variation are 0.000-0.268 and 0.000-0.213,Kendall harmony coefficients are 0.112 and 0.164 respec-tively.The consistency test of the weights of each indicator showed that the consistency ratio was less than 0.1.The AICU nursing man-agement quality indicator system consists of three first grade indicators,13 second grade indicators,and 89 third grade indicators.Conclusions The constructed AICU nursing management quality indicator system is scientific and reasonable with comprehensive rules.It is highly practical and provide guideline for AICU nursing quality management.
