摘要
神经外科麻醉的主要特点体现在大脑对全身生理参数波动的敏感度和神经外科手术的复杂性.近几年神经外科麻醉的相关研究主要集中在脑肿瘤、脑血管病和颅脑创伤手术麻醉3个方面.文章总结2023年发表的神经外科麻醉相关研究进展与展望,以期为临床实践提供帮助,改善神经外科手术患者的预后.
Abstract
The characters of neurosurgical anesthesia is manifested as the brain's high sensitivity to fluctuations of physiologi-cal parameters and the complications of neurosurgical procedures.In the past year,the literatures on neurosurgical anesthesia mainly focused on brain tumor surgery,cerebrovascular diseases surgery,and traumatic brain surgery.This review summarizes the latest re-search in neurosurgical anesthesia in 2023 and aims to optimize perioperative anesthesia management and improve patient prognosis.
