虾青素对缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展

缺血再灌注(IR)损伤是临床常见的病理过程,是多种临床急危重症和围手术期组织器官损伤的重要诱因.虾青素(AST)是一种天然活性物质,具有显著的抗炎、抗氧化、抗增殖和抗凋亡特性,可与多种分子靶点有效结合,是治疗诸多临床疾病的潜在药物.文章着重介绍关于AST对心、脑、肝、肾、肠、肢体、性腺等组织器官IR损伤的保护作用,归纳、总结近年来相关研究中涉及的保护机制,进一步了解AST的药理活性,探讨AST在组织器官IR损伤中的治疗潜力,有助于探索临床IR损伤新的防治策略.
Research progress on the protective effect of astaxanthin on ischemia reperfusion injury
Ischemia reperfusion(IR)injury,a common pathological process in clinical practice,is an important cause of tissue and organ damage in various critical conditions and perioperative periods.Astaxanthin(AST)is a natural active substance,with signifi-cant anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiproliferative,and anti-apoptotic properties.It can effectively bind to multiple molecular targets and is a potential therapeutic agent for various clinical diseases.This article focuses on the protective effect of AST on IR injuries in the heart,brain,liver,kidneys,intestines,limbs,and gonads.It summarizes and reviews the protective mechanisms involved in recent studies,promotes the understanding concerning the pharmacological activity of AST,and explores its therapeutic potential in tissue and organ IR injuries.These findings will contribute to the exploration of new strategies for the prevention and treatment of clinical IR inju-nes.
