缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是由手术创伤、应激等多种因素引起的复杂病理过程,可导致严重的多器官功能障碍,甚至危及生命.线粒体质量控制(MQC)作为一种适应性反应,在IRI发生和发展过程中通过调节线粒体的形态和功能,发挥关键作用.MQC包括线粒体分裂、融合和自噬等过程,其动态平衡对于维持细胞稳态至关重要.文章综述MQC在IRI中的作用机制,并分析通过调控MQC改善IRI的潜在治疗策略,旨在为IRI的研究和治疗提供新的思路和依据.
Research progress on the application of mitochondrial quality control in the occurrence,development and treatment of isch-emia reperfusion injury
Ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI)is a complex pathological process caused by factors such as surgical trauma and stress,which can lead to severe multi-organ dysfunction and even be life-threatening.Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)plays a key role in the occurrence and progression of IRI by regulating mitochondrial morphology and function as an adaptive response.MQC in-volves processes such as mitochondrial fission,fusion,and autophagy,and its dynamic balance is essential for maintaining cellular ho-meostasis.This article reviews the mechanisms by which MQC functions in IRI and analyzes potential therapeutic strategies aimed at improving IRI by regulating MQC,providing new insights and foundations for the research and treatment of IRI.
