摘要
颅内动脉粥样硬化性疾病(intracranial atherosclerotic disease,ICAD)是全世界范围内缺血性卒中和短暂性脑缺血发作的常见原因.有症状ICAD(symptomatic ICAD,sICAD)的卒中复发风险较高.近年来,越来越多的研究报道了血流动力学在sICAD进展及卒中复发中的重要作用.文章就血流动力学参数在预测sICAD患者卒中复发中的价值进行综述.
Abstract
Intracranial atherosclerotic disease(ICAD)is a common cause of ischemic stroke and transient ischemic attack worldwide.The risk of stroke recurrence is higher for symptomatic ICAD(sICAD).In recent years,an increasing number of studies have reported the important role of hemodynamics in the progression of sICAD and stroke recurrence.This article reviews the value of hemodynamic parameters for predicting stroke recurrence in patients with sICAD.
