摘要
血管机制所致孤立性眩晕临床仅表现为眩晕、头晕或失衡.因缺乏局灶性神经系统症状或体征,常被误诊为外周性前庭疾病,造成严重不良后果.文章对血管机制所致孤立性眩晕的病变部位、脑血管基础、临床评估以及影像学检查进行了综述.
Abstract
Isolated vertigo due to vascular mechanisms manifests as vertigo,dizziness or imbal-ance only.Due to the lack of focal neurological symptoms or signs,it is often misdiagnosed as peripheral vestibular disease,resulting in serious adverse consequences.This article reviews the lesion location,cere-brovascular basis,clinical evaluation,and imaging examination of isolated vertigo caused by vascular mechanisms.
