山东省某县新农合脑梗塞病人药物利用过程质量分析

摘要
目的：对新农合脑梗塞病人的药物利用过程质量进行客观评价。方法数据来源于山东省某县新农合信息系统2007—2011年数据。采用客观评价方法，对新农合县乡定点机构6214例脑梗塞病人进行药物利用评价。采用 Excel 2007、Microsoft SQL 2005和 SPSS 17.0进行描述性统计分析。结果2007—2011年质量规范推荐药物大类及具体药物利用率较低，推荐药物利用不足而被规范外药物替代。结论药物利用规范性较差，需加强对新农合定点机构药物利用规范性的监测。
Abstract
Objectives To analyze the process quality of drug utilization among stroke patients covered by New Cooperative Medical System(NCMS)through using explicit method.Methods The data was collected from NCMS information system from 2007 to 201 1 in one county of Shandong Province.The drug utilization status of 6 214 stroke patients admitted in both county and town level hospitals were analyzed through explicit method.Descriptive statistics was employed by using Excel 2007,Microsoft SQL 2005 and SPSS 1 7.0.Results The utilization rates of drug categories and specific drugs recommended by quality standard were relatively low,which was replaced by the drugs excluded by quality standard.Conclusions The rationality of drug utilization was low and more attention was needed to be paid to the supervision of drug utilization in town and county level hospitals in the NCMS.
