武汉市某高校大学生传染病健康素养水平及影响因素研究

摘要
目的 了解大学生传染病健康素养水平及其影响因素,为制定传染病健康教育于促进策略和干预措施提供依据.方法 于2022年1-11月在武汉某高校进行便利抽样,利用问卷星收集数据,共获得有效样本774人,问卷内容包括大学生基本特征、传染病健康素养量表.结果 大学生传染病健康素养的具备率仅为38.4％.大四相比大二(F=3.978,P=0.003)、上网学习时间≥1h相比＜1 h(F=3.319,P=0.019)、医科相比文科和理工科(F=17.441,P＜0.001)的大学生传染病健康素养水平相对较高;医科相比文科学生更可能具备传染病健康素养(OR=3.046,95％CI:1.902～4.878).此外,上网学习时间、学业成绩排名、父亲文化程度是大学生传染病健康素养分维度具备率的影响因素.结论 大学生传染病健康素养亟需提升,尤其是对非医科和低年级学生应当着重实施传染病健康素养干预.
Abstract
Objective To analyze infectious diseases health literacy level and its influencing factors among college students,so as to provide evidence for formulating infectious disease health education and promotion strategies and intervention measures.Methods From January to November 2022,a total of 774 valid samples were obtained by convenience sampling through online platform in Wuhan.The questionnaire contents included basic characteristics of college students and health literacy scale of infectious diseases.Results The prevalence of infectious disease health literacy among college students was only 38.4％.The health literacy level of college students in grade four compared with grade two(F=3.978,P=0.003),who spend one hour and above online learning time compared with less than one hour(F=3.319,P=0.019),and majoring in medicine compared with liberal arts and science and engineering(F=17.441,P＜0.001)were relatively higher.Medical students were more likely to have infectious disease health literacy than liberal arts students(OR=3.046,95％CI:1.902-4.878).In addition,online learning time,academic per-formance ranking and father's education level were influencing factors of the prevalence of infectious disease health literacy in different dimensions.Conclusion Infectious disease health literacy of college students needs to be strengthened,especially for non-medical and lower grade students.Therefore,the infectious disease health literacy in-tervention of these students should be emphasized.
